Two announcements according to which taxi drivers are forbidden to approach and take over clients were displayed inside "Henri Coandă" Airport Otopeni-Bucharest. Access of taxi cars is forbidden in public parking lots as well. The announcements were displayed following the scandal regarding the safety of people who cross Otopeni airport, which broke out after the murder of a Japanese student.  

"Any type of customer approach and take over in the airport’s area by taxi drivers or intemediaries is forbidden.”

 "As of 10.09.2009 the access of taxi cars in the public parking spaces is forbidden. The car’s wheels will be blocked and it will be lifted if the ban is breached. The car’s wheels will be unblocked after the payment of the blocking and depositing tarrifs.” the two announcements inside the airport mention.

On August 15^th, around 20.30, Vlad Nicolae (26 years old) approached the Japanese woman Yurika Masuno, aged 20, on "Henri Coandă" Airport Otopeni-Bucharest, offering his help to find her a taxi. Vlad Nicolae climbed with the young woman in a taxi, the two descending after a short driving distance, in an area where the road is limited, on both sides, by the woods.

Vlad Nicolae and the young woman were noticed in that place by the taxi driver after approximately two minutes, but on the other side of the road.  

Two days later on August 17^th, the student’s body covered with leaves, with violence traces, was found in that place. The victim’s suitcase was discovered within approximately 60-70 meters distance.

Vlad Nicolae was preventively arrested on August 19^th and he denied in front of the investigators that he killed the Japanese woman.  

 

 

 Măsuri luate la Otopeni după cazul japonezei ucise: Anunţuri care interzic abordarea şi preluarea clienţilor de către taximetrişti

În incinta Aeroportului "Henri Coandă" Otopeni-Bucureşti au fost afişate două anunţuri conform cărora abordarea şi preluarea clienţilor de către taximetrişti este interzisă, iar accesul autoturismelor de tip taxi este interzis în parcările publice. Anunţurile au fost afişate ca urmare a scandalului privind siguranţa celor care tranzitează aeroportul Otopeni, izbucnit după uciderea unei turiste japoneze.

"Se interzice orice practică de abordare şi preluare a clienţilor în perimetrul aeroportuar de către taximetrişti sau interpuşi".

 "Începând cu data de 10.09.2009 se interzice accesul autoturismelor taxi în parcările publice. În caz contrar se va proceda la blocarea roţilor autoturismului şi la ridicarea acestuia. Deblocarea autoturismului se va face după plata tarifelor de blocare şi depozitare" , menţionează cele dou anunţuri din incinta aeroportului.

În 15 august, în jurul orei 20.30, Vlad Nicolae (26 de ani) a abordat-o pe japoneza Yurika Masuno, în vârstă de 20 de ani, în incinta Aeroportului "Henri Coandă" Otopeni-Bucureşti, oferindu-şi ajutorul pentru a-i găsi un taxi. Astfel, Vlad Nicolae a urcat împreună cu tânăra într-un taxi, cei doi coborând după parcurgerea unei distanţe scurte, într-o zonă în care drumul este mărginit, de ambele părţi, de pădure. Vlad Nicolae şi tânăra au fost observaţi în acel loc de către şoferul taxiului după aproximativ două minute, la marginea şoselei, însă pe celălalt sens de mers.

Două zile mai târziu, în 17 august, în locul respectiv a fost descoperit cadavrul studentei, acoperit cu frunze şi prezentând urme de violenţă. La aproximativ 60-70 de metri distanţă a fost descoperită valiza victimei.

Vlad Nicolae a fost arestat preventiv în 19 august, acesta negând în faţa anchetatorilor că ar fi ucis-o pe japoneză.
