Irish investment group Caelum Development wants to complete, in the last quarter of 2013, the construction of the ParkLake Plaza mall, in the Titan district of Bucharest, with an investment worth 250 million euros, as it already signed rental contracts for half its shopping area.
The rental process of the mall – the first in Romania to feature open-air recreational facilities – is conducted by real estate company Cushman&Wakefield, designated as exclusive agent of the project.
ParkLake Plaza will have a leasable surface of 67,000 square meters, of which 15,500 sq.m. will be occupied by a Cora hypermarket. It will host some 200 shops and 3,000 sq.m. covered by more than 20 restaurants, cafes and fast-foods.
ParkLake Plaza will have an underground parking for 2,300 cars and a multiplex cinema with 16 screens, operated by Cinema City.
The mall is located on the Liviu Rebreanu Boulevard, near the Titan Park of Bucharest Sector 3, and spreads on 8.2 hectares purchased by the developer in 2006.
Caelum Development, an Irish investment group headquartered in Warsaw, was founded in 2002 by private investors and operates in Central and Eastern Europe, mainly in Poland and Romania.

Grupul de investiţii irlandez Caelum Development vrea să finalizeze în ultimul trimestru din 2013 construcţia proiectului ParkLake Plaza din Titan, investiţie de 250 milioane euro, în prezent jumătate din suprafaţa totală de 67.000 de metri pătraţi fiind închiriată.
Procesul de închiriere al ParkLake Plaza, primul proiect din România care va integra în facilităţile de agrement zone pentru activităţi sportive în aer liber, este realizat de compania de servicii imobiliare Cushman&Wakefield, desemnată agent exclusiv al proiectului.
ParkLake Plaza va avea o suprafaţă închiriabilă de aproximativ 67.000 metri pătraţi, din care 15.500 de metri pătraţi va fi ocupată de un hipermarket Cora. Centrul comercial va avea aproximativ 200 de magazine, precum şi aproximativ 3.000 metri pătraţi destinaţi restaurantelor, cafenelelor şi unităţilor tip fast-food, acestea însumând peste 20 de unităţi.
De asemenea, ParkLake Plaza va dispune de o parcare subterană de 2.300 de locuri şi de un cinematograf multiplex cu 16 ecrane, operat de Cinema City.
ParkLake Plaza este amplast pe bulevardul Liviu Rebreanu, lângă Parcul Titan, din sectorul 3, pe un teren de 8,2 hectare, achiziţionat de dezvoltator în 2006.
